1.0 MISSION STATEMENT

To provide a balanced collection of books, resources, and other materials;

To provide a diverse schedule of programs that encourages discussion and fosters a sense of family and community;

To provide services to children, young adults, and seniors that promotes reading;

To have a privately-funded endowment that enriches the services, resources, and programs of LCLD; and

To provide on-going education and development for all staff.
