Library Information
The Genesee community library was started in 1969 soon after the formation of the Moscow-Latah County Library System. The library moved to the American Legion building in 1976; the space receives the ministrations of community volunteers who constantly renovate it and adapt it to the changing library needs of library patrons in Genesee and the southern part of the county. The building is now owned by the City of Genesee, assuring the library there of a comfortable, inviting home for some time to come.
