SUMMARY:Potlatch – Folk Art Whittling
DESCRIPTION:\nFolk art whittling is back with Ted Kelchner at the Potlatch Library. Beginners and experienced are all welcome to join. Ted will be teaching whittlers traditional subjects in two-part sessions, such as the ball in a cage, chains, or a ring of keys. Bring in a small pocket knife with a sharp blade. Children are welcome, but must be with an adult.\n\n\n\nPart 1: Friday, October 17, 4 – 5:30 PM\n\n\n\nPart 2: Friday, October 24, 4 – 5:30 PM\n\n\n\nThe Library will provide the wood, sharpening tools, and the first aid kit. Please bring one small, sharp pocket knife. We will provide extras if you don’t have one.\n\n\n\n\n
