SUMMARY:Moscow – Creative Aging: Intuitive Painting
DESCRIPTION:\nDiscover the joy of intuitive painting! In this four-week class taught by artist Julene Ewert, you’ll explore color, texture, movement, and mark making through guided exercises and demonstrations using acrylic paint. The focus will be creativity, self-expression, and having fun. No experience is necessary. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with one large completed painting. \n\n\n\nFor adults ages 55 and above. Class meets once a week for four weeks at the 1912 Center Arts Room. \n\n\n\nDue to the limited enrollment and grant-funded nature of this program, participants are expected to attend all four sessions. Please register only if you can commit to the entire series.  \n\n\n\nClass 1: Wednesday, August 5: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM\n\n\n\nClass 2: Wednesday, August 12: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM\n\n\n\nClass 3: Wednesday, August 19: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM\n\n\n\nClass 4: Wednesday, August 26: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM\n\n\n\nThis program is funded through the Idaho Commission for Libraries (ICFL) Creative Aging Grant, made possible by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
