Welcome to Babes & Books Storytime at the Moscow Public Library!
This program is designed specifically with our youngest patrons in mind. Babes & books is a storytime program for children 0-15 months old. We invite you and your littlest one to join us for this cozy lapsit session. We’ll spend 20 minutes, singing songs, doing hand rhymes, and reading a story. After the structured portion of our program we’ll enjoy 40 minutes of playtime with your little ones with baby-safe toys. There is no babe too young to join us! We understand babies can be unpredictable, sometimes cry, and may be slow to warm-up to new situations. This is OK and expected! Babes & Books is as much for adults as it is for the babies. You’ll learn rhymes and songs that you can use at home and have time to get to know other adults that are going through a similar stage in life. Please join us for this special program!

*Older siblings are welcome to attend this program, however, please be aware that Babes & Books is designed especially as a lapsit program and the focus will be on engaging babies.
