Board Information
The Latah County Library District is an independent taxing district established under Idaho Code Title 33. The LCLD is governed by an elected five-member board of trustees who each serve a six-year term. The board of trustees and the LCLD director meet monthly in public meetings, pursuant to Idaho Open Meeting Law.
Board of Trustees’ Announce Policy 4.10: Request for Relocation of Materials
The LCLD Board of Trustees have updated the District’s policies in response to Idaho Statute 18-1517B, effective beginning July 1, 2024. Please find the new policy for Request for Relocation of Materials under the Children’s School and Library Protection Act here.
