Genesee – Spring Bird Migration on the Palouse

Come enjoy a presentation on March 15 at 5:30pm on when to expect the different species of migrant birds that stream north every spring and where to look for them on the Palouse!

Presenter Melanie Thongs is an avid birder who has done summer fieldwork for the National Park Service and the Forest Service. She enjoys looking for local migrants around the Palouse—at the UI Arboretum and other local hotspots, including her own backyard.
