Topic 2: Device Help

Length: 2.25 hours; approximately 15 – 20 minutes for an overview of basics and the remainder of the time working through participant issues.
Class Size: Up to 10 people; must bring their own device. Registration required.
Objectives: Participants will learn the following…
– Basic vocabulary
– What an app is and how to download
– The difference between an app and a website
– General navigation
– Control center
– Photos
– On device vs cloud
– Calendar, contacts, and maps
– App safety
– Settings (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.)
