Troy – Tie Dye

Participants of all ages are invited to join the Troy Library for an afternoon of tie dye! The Troy library will be suppling Tie Dye & cotton tote bags! Create your funky artwork and then fill it with library books all summer long!

 All Summer Reading Events are free and open to the public.
