Moscow – Essay Contest Entries Due
All participants of the Moscow Public Library 120th Anniversary Essay Contest should submit their essay on Friday, April 17, by 4:00 pm. The Latah County Library Board of Trustees will choose the winner, who will be announced on Friday, May 8.
