Troy – Annual Plant & Seed Exchange

The Hill and Valley Garden will be at the library on Wednesday, April 15, from 3:00 to 5:30 pm, to answer your gardening questions.  We will have seeds and plants for patrons to take home.  Feel free to bring in your own plants, if you have any, to share with other patrons.
