Moscow – End of Summer Reading Celebration

Stop by the Moscow Public Library Plaza to end summer reading the right way with free ice cream with your choice of toppings. We will also set up a photo booth so you can celebrate the end of summer reading with a silly photo! The party starts at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 8. Don’t forget to submit your challenge cards before August 9!
